The Main Amenity Center

No matter the season, there’s fun, year ‘round at the Phillips Creek Ranch Amenity Center. It features grand gathering spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center and children’s play area.  In addition, there will be three swimming pools including a luxurious, resort-style pool, a tot pool and a lap pool. Miles of lushly landscaped walking and biking trails linking the amenity centers, parks and neighborhoods will be one of Phillips Creek Ranch’s most popular ways to relax and stay fit.
